ON OUR PRODUCTS:

 

What materials do you use for your table napkins and runners?

We source different kinds of materials for all our products - from cotton, to linen, and more. You will find the material used on each of our products in the product description section.

 

Do you allow custom made napkins and runners?

We have currently put custom-made orders on hold. We'll be sure to announce once this service is back!

 

Where are your products made?

We source fabrics from all over the world and sew them locally. We're proud to work with local sewers who are passionate about making quality products!

 

Will you restock an item that has been sold out?

We produce a limited amount of stock for each product, so we cannot guarantee a restock. If there's a particular print you like though, please send us a message (napkinsandthingsph@gmail.com) so we can check if this can still be reproduced!

 

ON ORDERS & SHIPPING:

What are your payment options?

We accept Credit Card, Bank Deposit (BPI, BDO, and Union Bank) and GCash. We currently do not accept cash.

 

How long will the delivery of my orders take?

2-3 business days for Metro Manila orders and 5-10 business days for Provincial orders. Once your order has been shipped out, you will get a shipping notification with tracking details via e-mail. If you do not receive this message within 24 hours, please send us a message at napkinsandthingsph@gmail.com

 

Do you have international shipping?

We currently do not accept international orders, but we are working on this! We'll be sure to update you once we do.
